• This form is not any indication of approval.
• Form is required to be sent at least 24 hours prior to request date(s). 
• PPR requests are monitored M-F 8:00-17:00. Before or after hours should contact Airport Base at (405) 533-2222. 
• If landing after hours of operation, additional fees may apply.
