Outgoing faxing is available on our self-serve fax, which requires a credit, debit, or check card to use. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. At this time, the library does not offer incoming fax service. Prices for outgoing service include:
We have two copiers for public use, one black & white copier and one color copier. The copiers have the following features:
Both of the library's copiers also have scanning capabilities. Scanning is free but does require the use of a USB drive. The library has extra USB drives available for in-library use at the service desks. Scanned files save as a PDF file by default, but there are options to save as image file types as well, including JPG, PNG, etc.
The library has several notaries on staff and provides notary services free of charge. An appointment for notary service is not required, but because the day-to-day schedules of staff may vary, patrons should call in advance to verify that a notary is currently available. There is usually a notary at the library Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You must provide valid photo identification or a credible witness who personally knows you if you cannot obtain a photo ID.
