As a City of Stillwater residential utility customer, you may choose to participate in the Western Payne County Ambulance Trust Authority (WPCATA) program. You can change your election at any time.

WPCATA selected LifeNet Inc., a private ambulance service, to provide ambulance transportation services to the area currently served by the Stillwater Fire Department.
Utility and Billing Services collects the $5 ambulance subscription fees for WPCATA. Households that participate will receive a discount for services if they are transported by LifeNet. We do not retain any of the monies collected, and you can choose not to participate in the subscription program.
If you choose not to participate in the subscription program, you will still receive ambulance service if you call 911.
