Thank you for choosing the Stillwater Regional Airport (SWO) for your travel needs. The following pages will provide the information you need to check-in and get your boarding pass, where to park, transportation and more.
- Terminal Hours: 5 a.m. to Midnight
Accessibility
SWO Terminal has accessible parking, restrooms and passenger ramps. Ask at the counter if other accommodations are needed.
Food & Beverages
The SWO Terminal provides bottled drink and snack vending machines. Food and beverage options are available both before and after TSA Checkpoint.
International Students

Lost & Found
- For items left in the terminal, contact the SWO Administrative Office.
- For items left on an airplane, contact the American Airlines ticket counter.
Lost Luggage
Contact American Airlines to file a lost luggage claim at (800) 535-5225.
WiFi
We offer free wireless Internet is available throughout the passenger terminal building and in the passenger screening and boarding terminal.

Baggage Policy
American Airlines (AA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) rules apply to all baggage. Larger carry-ons are valet-checked on flights to/from Stillwater. Learn more on this page.
